When you purchase from
www.thewhiteshop.com.au you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions
of sale. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions listed below as
amended from time to time.

The White Shop before the completion of any purchase.
The White Shop Shipping & Delivery Policy
Stock permitting, The White Shop will dispatch your goods within 4 days of
receiving your order or after funds have cleared. Goods are shipped via
Australia Post to all areas of Australia. As delivery times vary from area to
area, it is expected your goods will arrive within 5-7 days, sooner if you live
in a metro area, however postage times cannot be
guaranteed.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email with an
estimated time of arrival.
All orders are shipped at a Flat Rate of $15.00 Australia Wide. We use
Registered Post where possible unless the costs are prohibitive and regular
parcel post will be used.
Registered Post will ensure your goods will be received and are insured.
If your parcel arrives when you are not at home, a card will be left in your
letterbox advising you to collect your parcel from your local post office.
PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to order items such as pillowcases
only. Please email me beforehand and I can issue you with an invoice
and the cost of shipping for these light-weight items separately. This way, you
will not be overcharged for shipping. Your item will then be sent to you by
regular post.
The White Shop is not responsible for service transit time. This information
is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit
times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
International orders – please email us for postage rates and delivery times
prior to checking out. Before purchasing, please
check your countrys taxes/duties which may be payable BEFORE you order, as we
cannot be responsible for additional charges you may incur when your goods are
received.
Refund Policy
The White Shop sources high quality product from our supplier. However, on
occasion, small faults may occur. The White Shop guarantees to replace any
product, which has a manufacturing fault.
You may return your product/s to The White Shop for exchange on faulty items
or refund within 7 days of receiving your product. However, they must be
returned unused, unwashed and in original packaging. Please make sure to check
your items when you receive them and before washing. Any discrepancies with
orders must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of the product by phone,
email or in writing. Products must be returned to the following address, at your
own cost, with your despatch note to:

When we have received the products, we will notify you. Delivery costs will
be refunded if the return is a result of our error.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. If you cancel
your order 2 days after it was placed, we reserve the right to charge costs
which may be incurred by us in relation to your order. These costs will not
exceed more than 50% of the total price of your order.
GST Policy
All prices quoted at

provided is secure and will be treated with the strictest confidence.
